This is William Shannon deHenry. Though William (NOT Bill) is a freshman, he is the most accomplished bass in the choir, having been singing since the age of 6. William grew up in San Francisco; his parents are both musical (and rather well-to-do), and he learned to read music at the same time he learned to read English. He has arranged several songs for the choir.
William plans to major in Chemistry he wants to understand how water works in the world. Of course, since chemists often brew up wild mixtures, he is also an accomplished bartender, even though he's legally to young to drink. And he knows how to make some real mean moonshine!
He will minor in music, and prefers choral music to all other types, but does like Vivaldi and G&S (though he is also secretly a fan of that scandalous Mr. Copland).
When not working with chemicals or singing, William is likely to be found watching people around the campus.
